-first you will have to also make sure your a steady person who can support yourself have your own income, because sex is now a luxary its a straight trade so make sure he has what you have or he will try take from you.

-Second make sure you can’t have children with conception like a surgery or an incert. -Third Also when you are with that person that they are of good spirit & conversation your trading convo for convo is it equal are you and him deep or is he nodding to you while you talk.

Own yourself and all your needs and wants and deliver them to yourself .You can gift them if they gift you but because you have a house doent mean you give them shelter. Hold your boundaries strong you deserve to hold what is yours. If you give shelter to that man or woman and they don’t have their own to go to. They will take you for granted or only live to please you which is a servent mentality. If a woman prefers to stay at home she charges him money to cook clean his house all the jobs you outline that you accomplish physiologist , emotional healer? Etc. so he doesn’t have to he can concentrate on his buisness or he can go do it himself or pay another person to do those things. This way no one ever begs or has to ask for money there is structure in place that has to be followed and as soon as Somone goes out of structure you address it. She has money allocated for her to buy food supplies and her clothes. This way she can learn to withstand buying things not needed or out of budget to learn the value of money and herself what kind of woman does she need to be ( many skills and abilities) to have higher pay for her jobs. A woman requires the basic nessities it’s not negotiable ( just because you may have grown in an environment that didn’t have them doesn’t mean you hold that same low standard) change your life by your standards and everything is transaction within the structure!

Always keeping some money aside and mainting money is a skill one needs to learn and develope just as much as you learn to cook or go to university money is a whole university degree you can only learn how to by doing it! .. to hold money when people want it from you is actually more difficult than it looks and it is why less women are wealthy. I want that to change but until both men and woman know what jobs woman do all day everyday that need to be compensated for in real time so worth can be applied to how she manages their lives gets things scheduled remembered thigs creates business invests energy and effort in researching bring the inspiration is actually a whole job. Woman learn how to withhold sex withhold money take care of yourself your future and always get paid for the skills you have. Yes even if Somone else will do it for free doenst mean you need to that’s manipulation on fire, that’s just a woman who lost a battle when a man battled her for what she was keeping for her own choices. Yes men will battle you for ten years to get it instead of paying for it. Some men waste that much of their life thinking on sex vs concentrating on making industry and money. I know I expierenced men doing their most to get me out of my home to get my funds to dry up just so I would fall into their hands and they could control me with no standards. The problem with that concentration to own me is I was without my own place in Jamaica for over a year I lived in an abandoned place that was secure. I said no to men still daily, I still had standards to hold my own ownership, it’s built in me.

This is also important to “choose” to have sex because I personally always choose to have sex when I wanted to, it was never a bargaining chip and men still have come at me calling me a whore because of what ever wild reason that didn’t suit their ego. If I actually used sex as a bargaining tool I would have had huge insecurities in many points of my life. I have said no to men they called me a whore to try and break my confidence to allow them in. it’s a projection tool they use to break confident woman into waste, men actually get a whole pleasure out of breaking worth value and wealth. Can you even imagine how deeply they must hate themself to want to break woman for pleasure. That is desperation for sex instead of earning the right to enjoy and take care of a woman pay her for all she brings to you. However still so many have tried to keep putting me in that catagory eventually they want to see me going to what they designed ..but I won and always will win because I have not only lived umong the nastiest but most dangerous men the lack of care for life is truly something that goes deep inside your very being, your deep parts of your wealth can feel it .. (something not even possible to feel in 1st world countries there are energetic frameworks works to erridicate that ).. Jamaica it’s real everyday for alot of people, i know i was the target every time/ everyday,once people knew i was Jamaican it took years but i became treated like dirts -dirt. If you are seen as a foreigner you will never experience this type of treatment because it’s taught to make good with these people they can be manipulated to get money from.. once you become Jamaican you get treated with both the worst of the worst of the nasiest and oppositely some saw me with a level of respect for holding through all of it .. it’s actually worst when your attractive/ worst when your a independent woman /and then worst still being a brown skin or white skin it’s beyond war ..

Having a self concept is helpful .. I was in very bad situations many times in my life and I never slept with a man for a house to live or for money to eat, I went Hungary and many gave me food to eat without anything in return not even knowing i had nothing I just asked for things and got them, ( i only told one person i never met because of a connection i had with them) even if anyone advanced at me i wasn’t interested in I disappeared or pretended like I didn’t understand. When I met Somone I actually wanted to date I would put up my expectations upfront see if he was up for the journey or if he thought of me as a using tool I quickly saw that after offering a plan showed they weren’t interested when they accused me of using them or wanting too much. I’m just to expensive so fine I’ll

Move on. This hurt a lot of men who wanted to treat me like an anyhow person when I’m actually the type you utilize to build your name /your worth /integrity and value with.
